ABOUT ME

At the age of 17 I discovered yoga. I have started teaching
yoga class since 1989.
During my first pregnancy I had profound experiences which
i could not explain at that time but now i know they are
clear perceptions. These perceptions inspired to start a
spiritual journey.
In 1981 I needed specific aid regarding my son. I met a
woman who pointed out to me to use my own inner wisdom by
which she put me on the right track to start trusting my
inner wisdom more and more.
From then on I’ve started to explore and inform myself
in the spiritual world gaining a wide range of knowledge
through different specific studies. In being active spiritually
the process of my inner development accelerated: more and
more I’ve accepted and appreciated myself.
In this process I gradually learned to embrace my emotions
instead of forcing them back and trying to alter them.
Since 1985 I have shared this with other people in groupsessions
and individually, one to one sessions. My higher aim is
for everyone to rediscover his/her own inner wisdom and
power. Sharing these potentials with others is the principle
of my work.

- 2006 - 2007 schooling Transformational Breathing by
Judith Kravitz.
- 2006 training Master Ascention Healer by Joke Elza Nooteboom.
You can sign up for yogalessons on tuesday 19.15, wensday
9.30 and thursday 20.00 hours.

I work individually with: NEI, TB, REIKI, THE YOURNEY,
and COACHING. Supported by Bachremedies, advice on health,
supplements and lifestile.

occurring in relationships, work and your well-being/state
of health.
