Wilna Narayana

At the age of 17 I discovered yoga. I have started teaching yoga class since 1989.

During my first pregnancy I had profound experiences which i could not explain at that time but now i know they are clear perceptions. These perceptions inspired to start a spiritual journey.

In 1981 I needed specific aid regarding my son. I met a woman who pointed out to me to use my own inner wisdom by which she put me on the right track to start trusting my inner wisdom more and more.
From then on I’ve started to explore and inform myself in the spiritual world gaining a wide range of knowledge through different specific studies. In being active spiritually the process of my inner development accelerated: more and more I’ve accepted and appreciated myself.

In this process I gradually learned to embrace my emotions instead of forcing them back and trying to alter them.

Since 1985 I have shared this with other people in groupsessions and individually, one to one sessions. My higher aim is for everyone to rediscover his/her own inner wisdom and power. Sharing these potentials with others is the principle of my work.

I work individually with all the healing services, supported by Bachremedies, advice on health, supplements and lifestile.
